Why not enjoy a meal in our on-site restaurant or take advantage of our room service. Our restaurant is licenced and alcohol and other beverages are available from the restaurant and reception from 5.30pm till 8pm (Restaurant trading hours 6pm to 8pm Monday to Thursday).

All our meals are prepared on-site by our Qualified Chef.

Cooked Breakfasts are available 7 days per week delivered to your room. Continental Breakfasts can be ordered the night before if required.

Friendly reception with very clean accommodation and undercover car parking at your door. The motel is 4 star and the meals are 5 star in quality and quantity. Would recommend for a night or many nights. Good WiFi. Many company reps stay here which is always a great sign. 5 minutes drive to the Kingaroy Observatory beside the airport.

We had a great stay at the Ascot motel - lovely clean modern rooms with a big spa bath. The best thing we did was order room service and WOW the Rib fillet steak with prawns in a creamy garlic sauce was delicious. Staff were lovely too!

This motel ticks all the boxes, staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms a clean and modern and the restaurant is awesome. The night we visited the motel appeared to be almost full, and the restaurant was also full. This did not seem to phase the staff, with nothing seeming to be a problem and courteous smiles all round. The meals are first class and quick, with the Pork Belly hitting the spot. Definitely recommend this motel!

Surrounded by picturesque farmlands and low rolling hills, Kingaroy is the central town for the diverse and beautiful region.

Less than three hours’ drive north west of Brisbane, this quirky country town is the perfect country getaway.

As an added perk, it’s the ideal base from which to explore the vineyards, cellar doors and farm shops of the South Burnett wine region. With a low-humidity climate similar to the acclaimed Hunter Valley, Kingaroy and wider region is ideal suited for grape cultivation. The first vines were planted in 1995 and now you can visit and taste wine at four cellar doors nearby (plus another five in the Moffatdale region, near Murgon).

You can taste and learn about a variety of wines direct from the wine makers at wineries ranging from some of the State’s largest to small boutique vineyards.

There’s a growing gourmet food scene with chefs featuring local produce on menus at many of the award winning restaurants and cafés around town, including our very own restaurant at Ascot Lodge Motor Inn.
